Do you work on sites you didn't build?
Yes. I'll do an initial audit to understand the setup, fix any glaring issues and then maintain it like any other site. If it's a mess, I'll be upfront about what needs fixing first.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. 30 days' notice. I'll hand over any backups and documentation. No hard feelings.
What if my site gets hacked?
I'll restore from the most recent clean backup, scan for malware, patch the vulnerability and get you back online. If it's during my security watch and I missed something, there's no extra charge for the cleanup.
Do I need to provide plugin licences?
If you're using premium plugins that need license keys for updates, yes. I can't update them without access. If I built your site, I'll use my licenses where appropriate and bill you for renewals.
How fast do you respond to issues?
During business hours (9am–4pm), same day. If your site is down and it's urgent, I prioritize it. Outside of hours, I'll see to it first thing the next morning.
