The terms of service from Tailored Website Solutions and www.tailoredwebsitesolutions.co.za, hereafter referred to as “Tailored Website Solutions,” constitute an agreement to these terms.
All Web Design & Development and Ongoing services provided by Tailored Website Solutions are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Estimates provided to prospects will be valid for 30 days. After this period, a new quote will be provided upon request.
Web Design Packages: All new web design projects require an initial 50% deposit due upon order acceptance. The remaining 50% balance is due upon approval of the completed web design project before it is released to the client or published online. Tailored Website Solutions retains the right to withhold all graphics and project development (excluding client-provided content and graphics) until full payment is received.
Tailored Website Solutions accepts payments via EFT and Debit/Credit Card. Your project will not be released or uploaded until full payment is received.
Our business hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm and Fridays 09:00am to 12:00pm. Website/hosting support is available 24/7 via our WhatsApp.
Tailored Website Solutions reserves the right to resell custom-designed websites that remain unpaid or other graphics created by us but not legally used by the client.
We reserve the right to display websites and graphics we have designed on our website and marketing materials as examples of our work.
Tailored Website Solutions requires a 50% deposit before starting any project. A request to terminate services must be submitted in writing. We guarantee a 30-day turnaround for projects. If we fail to complete your project within 30 days from the start date and you have provided all required content, images, and information, you will receive half of your deposit refunded within 30 days of your written request. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days if a refund is due.
Tailored Website Solutions does not negotiate chargebacks. Our refund policies are clearly stated above, and clients must read and agree to our terms before beginning a project.
We understand the importance of timely project completion and commit to completing web design projects within 30 days of the first deposit payment. If the client fails to provide complete text, graphics, and other requested materials within 30 days of contract signing, the contract becomes void, and all deposits are forfeited.
Clients may request a project extension in writing for an additional 20% of the project’s total cost per 30-day extension. All extension fees are due upon agreement.
If we are unable to communicate with a client for at least 14 days via phone or email during the design and development process, the project will be canceled without notice, and no refund will be issued.
Services purchased from Tailored Website Solutions are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The risk of quality and performance lies solely with the client.
By submitting your deposit, you agree to these terms of service. Tailored Website Solutions reserves the right to update these terms without notice.
These services are subject to the above terms and are billed on a yearly, monthly, or hourly basis as per the original estimate.
Clients must provide a valid email address not associated with their domain(s). It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their email address is current.
We offer website transfers as a courtesy but cannot guarantee availability, possibility, or completion time due to different hosting configurations.
All services must be used lawfully. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Tailored Website Solutions harmless from claims resulting from service usage.

Tailored Website Solutions reserves the right to remove content violating these terms.
We strictly prohibit sending spam or unsolicited emails. Violation will result in immediate account termination.
Clients must ensure payments are made on time. Any overdue invoice beyond 7 days may result in account suspension until full payment is received. A reactivation fee will be due by the client if failed payment has happened more than once over a two month period. Reaction fees are scaled according to your services that you signed up for.
If clients are hosting with Tailored Website Solutions, we will keep online and in the cloud backups of your website and emails. If hosting is with the client, they are responsible for maintaining backups. Tailored Website Solutions is not responsible for data loss.
We reserve the right to cancel accounts at any time. Clients may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Refund policies are waived if terms are violated.
Our hosting services include a 30-day money-back guarantee (excluding custom website hosting packages, software installs, SSL certificates, or domain name purchases).
If shared hosting uptime is below 99.9%, clients may receive a prorated credit. Approval of credits is at our discretion.
We reserve the right to change pricing or service plans at any time.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Tailored Website Solutions harmless from liabilities arising from their service use.
We are not responsible for any damages your business may suffer due to our services. Tailored Website Solutions provides services "as is" with no warranties.
We may disclose subscriber information to law enforcement agencies upon lawful request.
Tailored Website Solutions reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice.
